Do not let your hearts be troubled. Believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house there are many dwelling-places. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, so that where I am, there you may be also.

Important information regarding students arriving on campus before Aug. 26
They just left yet, and we’re already planning for their return! If you are sponsoring students who need to return to campus before Sunday, Aug. 26 for a school-related reason, please send the following information to email@example.com by Friday, July 27: ID#, name, fall housing assignment, arrival date and reason for early arrival.
A few things you should know about early arrivals:*The earliest that students may return is Saturday, Aug. 11.
*If you will be providing meal cards for your students, please contact Amy Davis in the card services office.
*Please bring your students back as late as possible to allow the maximum time for staff to prepare for their arrival. Because of the short period of time between the end of conferences and early arrivals, some rooms may not be cleaned to the usual standards.*Any additions to the list after July 27 are charged $10/day/person. Faculty/staff can pass this charge on to the students or can pay for it out of departmental budgets.
If you have any questions, please contact Rhonda King at ext. 7291 or firstname.lastname@example.org.

Some services may not be available at Library during construction
In preparation for and during the construction of a Learning Commons this summer, there may be times when certain Library areas or services may not be available. We will try to keep disruption of service to our patrons at a minimum and will alert you through the Intercom and Mass e-mail when there is a change. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Please note that the DVD and video collection will be unavailable during May. We fully anticipate that it will be available in its new BROWSABLE location by Friday, June 1. Until that time, if you need a DVD or video for a class, please contact the circulation desk at CirculationDesk@messiah.edu. Please allow one day for our staff to pull the item and have it waiting for you at the circulation desk.
Important information from accounts payable
Effective May 18 and continuing through Aug. 31, the accounts payable department will be participating in on-going professional development/training. Accounts payable checks and ACH (direct deposits) for employee reimbursements will be issued on Friday instead of Thursday. The due date will remain the same, Fridays at 8 a.m. for a check the following week. A purchase order payment may take up to two weeks to process. Please plan accordingly. Thank you for your continued cooperation.
Recycle toner and ink cartridges to benefit Keystone Human Services
For the month of April, we recycled 106 ink and toner cartridges. We participate in this program with Keystone Human Services, which uses the funds from recycling these cartridges to train service dogs. You may bring your used ink and laser toner cartridges to the Campus Post Office from 9:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. for recycling. Unfortunately, the toner cartridges from copiers cannot be recycled in this program.
