LAST CALL: Highlights brochure submissions

The Office of Marketing and Communications is again producing a Highlights brochure to promote the public events occurring on campus during the fall semester. In an effort to bring more people to campus, we will mail the brochure to more than 5,000 homes in the community in early September. To ensure your public event (a concert, recital, play, lecture, conference, performance or any other event at which you would welcome the general public) is included, please send the event, date, time, place, contact name, admission charge (if any) and contact phone number to Karen Garlinger at kgarlinger@messiah.edu no later than Wednesday, July 13. If you would like to order a quantity for your own department’s use, please call Karen Garlinger at ext. 7342. There will be a charge of $12 per 100 brochures (12 cents per copy) to cover the additional printing costs.

Campus Post Office working hard for you

The Campus Post Office received over 60,000 packages in FY2016. Of these, only three packages went undelivered. Three out of 60,000! A job well done by our post office employees—or rather 59,997 jobs well done! Of course that does not count the hundreds of thousands of pieces of letter mail, campus mail and periodicals. If you get a moment, please stop by the campus post office and congratulate Wes, Coral and Pam on their good work.
