But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.

NEWS

The School of Business, Education and Social Sciences is pleased to announce that Stephanie Patterson has accepted the position of administrative assistant to the dean. Having joined the Messiah College community in 2013, Patterson has spent most of her time in Graduate Programs, most recently supporting the Occupational Therapy and Dietetic Internship programs. Her enthusiasm and commitment to the college are evident. Please join us in welcoming Stephanie.

Randall Zwally, senior lecturer in music, attended, by special invitation from the U. S. Dept. of State, the Swearing-In Ceremony, in Washington, D. C. of the new U. S. Ambassador to Guatemala, Dr. Luis Arreaga, on Oct. 17. After the ceremony Dr. Arreaga invited Zwally to come to Guatemala this summer to present a series of classical guitar concerts and lecture recitals. Zwally’s association with Guatemala developed during his time of study at the National Conservatory of Music of that country.

Soup and dessert sale

Eight members of the Engle Center Team are participating in this year’s Harrisburg Marathon Relay. They have formed two teams of four and each team hopes to raise enough money to provide for a clean water well in a village in India that currently has no access to clean water.

Last year, four of our staff members ran for this cause, and this year we have doubled our efforts! Our desire for people to live in good health extends beyond our campus and to the other side of the world. Help us make a dent in eliminating water-borne illness!

Here’s one great way to support us:
