June 1

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

Galatians 5:22-23

Procurement made easy

Did you know…?
Messiah University’s Expenditure Policy governs the spending of institutional funds.  Institutional funds are spent by using a Purchasing Card, submitting a requisition in One$ource or by requesting a reimbursement.  It is the responsibility of any employee using institutional funds to be familiar with the Expenditure Policy.  Failure to adhere to the guidelines in the policy could result in personal reimbursement to the university for funds spent.  Commonly referred to sections are: 6 for Travel; 9 for Hospitality and Non-Travel Meals and Refreshments and 10 for Expenses Not Allowed.  As always, call x6010 if you have questions.
