AROUND CAMPUS
Transitions between Falcon Exchange and Student Financial Services
On July 1, the following department transitions took place within Student Financial Services and the Falcon Exchange Offices on campus. MyKayla Gladfelter transitioned into the Falcon Exchange coordinator position. Over the last year, MyKayla has been tremendously serving in the Falcon Exchange, as she is dedicated in helping others, and has successfully collaborated with various departments on campus to support students.
Nak Chhoeung transitioned into the graduate student financial services coordinator and counselor position. Over the last 3 years, Nak has been a great addition to our Student Financial Services grad team. Nak brings over 15 years of financial aid experience with serving students from various life backgrounds and circumstances. Serving as our Graduate SFS coordinator, Nak will be running point on all things related to billing and financial aid with our graduate students.
Also, back on July 1, Bryan Stout became our new technical analyst and grad counselor in Student Financial Services. Over the last 8 years, Bryan has been serving in various roles between Student Financial Services and the Falcon Exchange at Messiah. Bryan has extensive experience in areas of account receivable and operations. Bryan continually trouble-shoots how to improve processes and systems, in order to better serve all students, staff and faculty.
