June 6

Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.

As Dean of SSEH, I am pleased to welcome Dr. Anne Reeve to the role of department chair of chemistry and biochemistry, effective Fall 2025. Due to a spring 2025 sabbatical, Anne will begin in her role in Fall 2025, with Dr. Roseann Sachs serving as interim department chair for 2024-25. I’m grateful to Roseann for her service in the upcoming year and to Rick Schaeffer for his departmental leadership in 2023-24. Rick will continue in several significant campus leadership roles
