When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.

Welcome Week reservation requests

Due to the high volume of events that occur during the start of each academic year, the offices of Conference and Event Services and Student Involvement and Leadership Programs have made some adjustments to the room reservation process during Leadership Launch Week and Welcome Week. All programs occurring from August 15 through September 5 will be reviewed simultaneously rather than on a first-come-first-served basis. These dates will be reservation blackout dates in EMS. To plan an event during this time, please request a Welcome Week event registration form from silp@messiah.edu and submit the completed form to the same address by March 31. Our hope is to allocate resources in a way that provides the best experiences for your events and their attendees while placing as little strain on events staff as possible. Please direct any questions about this process to silp@messiah.edu. We look forward to partnering with you on your events in the fall!
