Dr. Julie Gomboc-Hellam has accepted another position and will be leaving Messiah after nearly 10 years of service in the School of Graduate and Professional Studies. Julie’s heart for students and collaborative spirit have served the SGPS well. Julie’s last day will be July 26. Tech Support – Did you know?

• OneDrive – Files located in a personal OneDrive should NOT be shared as a link for a Canvas course or any other public link. The files need to be in a departmental OneDrive, Team or another location accessible if the employee leaves. A folder being shared from a personal OneDrive will only be accessible for a short period of time after the person leaves employment with Messiah.
• Microsoft AutoSave: AutoSave is enabled by default in Microsoft 365 when a file is stored on OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, or SharePoint Online. If you are working on a file from M: or O: drive, Autosave will not function.
• Computer equipment with a Messiah barcode should NOT be moved/removed from the original location without approval from Tech Support. The equipment is tracked and updated in an inventory system. It is important Tech Support knows the location of all computer equipment and peripherals for insurance and upgrade purposes.
