For unto you is born this day in the city of David

 a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

And this shall be a sign unto you;

Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.

Luke 2:11-12

THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS, a symphony for wind ensemble, received its premiere at Yale University and was recorded and performed by Arkansas Tech University in Nov. The work is part of Dr. Colonna’s pursuit of happiness in a mindful and life in the present. Inspired by THE HAPPINESS LAB hosted by Dr. Laurie Santos, Jim attended the premiere with Dr. Santos who was moved to tears of joy. The composition will be performed thirteen times over the next two years. The hope is to help our world find happiness in oneself and each other without the constant need for satisfaction through social media.
