Equipment pre-start up checklist added to Safety Manual
An “Equipment Pre-Start Up Checklist” has been added to the Safety Manual, Section 17. The intent of this checklist is to ensure that new, major equipment is in compliance with government regulations and is safe for use before it is put into operation. It is to serve as a reminder of equipment requirements mandated by law. All personnel who are involved in specifying, installing or initiating the use of new equipment should be familiar with this program. Please contact Donna Fink at dfink@messiah.edu if you have any questions.
