Juneteenth employee movie event
On Monday, June 27, the University will host an employee movie event in Parmer Cinema showing Harriet, the extraordinary tale of Harriet Tubman’s escape from slavery and transformation into one of America’s greatest heroes, whose courage, ingenuity and tenacity freed hundreds of slaves and changed the course of history. Movie times: 10 a.m., 2 p.m., and 7 p.m. – please come to the showing that best fits your schedule. Popcorn and water will be available at no cost.
