With God’s power working in us, God can do much, much more than anything we can ask or imagine.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
After many years of service and strong departmental leadership, Roseann Sachs is stepping down as chair of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry and Rick Schaeffer will step into this role this fall. Under Roseann’s leadership, the department has educated thousands of students from numerous majors with excellent pedagogy, the program achieved certification from the American Chemical Society, and the quality of undergraduate student research and laboratory facilities/equipment rivals or surpasses that of major U.S. universities. As a respected educator, scholar and institutional citizen across the applied and liberal arts with years of service to Messiah, Rick is well poised to take the helm of this undergraduate department. Please join the dean of science, engineering and health in thanking Roseann and welcoming Rick.
